If you are weighing whether to leave at all, a license assessment gives you the measured position the decision needs. If a renewal quote has landed, renewal negotiation turns an opening position into a defensible deal. If a letter from Oracle LMS or GLAS has arrived, audit defense takes priority over everything else.
